Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones VideoAii uses, and how you can control them.
On this page
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember your preferences, and to give website owners information about how their pages are used. Similar technologies such as local storage and pixels work in much the same way, and this policy covers them too.
2. How we use cookies
VideoAii keeps its own use of cookies deliberately light. We use a small number of cookies to keep the site secure and functional, and — like most free websites — we rely on third-party services for analytics and advertising, which set cookies of their own. The sections below explain each category.
3. Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the site to function and cannot be switched off in our system. They do not track you across other websites.
- Session cookie — a standard PHP session cookie that lets the site recognise your visit while you move between pages.
- Security token — a CSRF token used on the contact form to confirm that a form submission genuinely came from you.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary to provide the site you have asked for, they do not require consent.
4. Analytics cookies
We may use a privacy-respecting analytics service to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs, so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only set if analytics is enabled, and the data is aggregated — it tells us about trends, not about you as an individual.
5. Advertising cookies
VideoAii is free to use, and advertising helps cover the cost of running it. Our advertising partners may set cookies to measure ad performance and, depending on your settings and location, to show ads that are more relevant to you.
Where required by law, these cookies are only used after you have given consent through the cookie or privacy notice shown on the site. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time.
6. Third-party cookies from embedded tools
The AI tools on our Tools page are open-source models embedded from third-party hosts, primarily Hugging Face. When you interact with an embedded tool, the host may set its own cookies inside that embedded frame. These cookies are controlled by the third party, not by VideoAii, and are governed by that host's own cookie and privacy policies.
7. Managing and disabling cookies
You are always in control of cookies. Every major browser lets you view, block or delete cookies through its settings — usually under "Privacy" or "Cookies and site data". You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which clears cookies when you close it.
Please note that if you block essential cookies, parts of the site — such as the contact form — may not work as expected. For more detail on opting out of interest-based advertising, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the tools and services we use. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
9. Contact us
